Return Policy

You can return some items within 20 days but 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Items returned must be in NEW, UNUSED, RESELLABLE condition and in their original packaging. Due to infectious skin diseases and other health conditions, we don't accept returns on bath and products that were in contact with the skin. All rented equipment need to be disinfected, thus there is no refund on rentals.
