Information we collect

We use a payment processor (Stripe) to handle card payments. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To fulfill orders, rentals, and service requests; to arrange delivery; to provide customer support; and to send order-related communications.
With your consent, to send occasional promotions. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery, payment processing) or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Houston Med Supply uses it only to send the messages you asked for: product details and photos you request, and notifications about your orders, deliveries, rentals, renewals, and pickups.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
