Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and availability may change. We confirm orders, payment, and delivery details before fulfillment.

Rentals

Rental periods, rates, and any deposit are shown at booking. You are responsible for the equipment during the rental and for returning it in good condition, normal wear excepted. Damage or non-return may incur additional charges.

Medical disclaimer

Our products are durable medical equipment and supplies. We do not provide medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider about what equipment is appropriate for you.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Houston Med Supply text messages: when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (by phone, on an order or rental agreement, on our website, or by texting us first), we may send you product details and photos you request (SKU, name, size, and picture), and notifications about your orders, deliveries, rental renewals, and rental pickups. We do not send marketing messages by text.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or call us at +1-832-754-8470.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

Payment

We accept major cards (via Stripe). In-house financing may be available on qualifying purchases — ask us for details.
