Returns
Many unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Contact us first to start a return.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are final sale once opened — including incontinence, wound care, ostomy, catheters, CPAP supplies, bath safety used items, and other hygiene/personal-use products.
Rentals
Rental charges are based on the agreed rental period. Early returns may be prorated at our discretion; please contact us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
